Petition: Raja Benslama & defense the freedom in Tunisia

The signatories of this petition denounce prosecution for crimes of opinion, committed by the Islamic power in Tunisia against Raja Benslama, psychoanalyst and professor at the University of Tunis. They resent a warrant has been issued against her on February 21, 2013, for criticizing Ennahda party leader in the Constituent Assembly. They discover with amazement that the Minister of Justice has authorized the prosecution on the basis of a law repealed, after the revolution. They find that assaults against intellectuals (artists, journalists, academics, comedians, etc.). Amplify day by day. Dean of the Faculty of Humanities of Manouba is dragged before the courts for more than a year, under false pretenses. Given these serious human rights and freedoms, they require Tunisian authorities drop all lawsuits. They ask the leaders of European states to adopt a firm stance against the Ennahda party and its supposed "moderate Islam."
