NON au bannissement des pitbulls au Québec

I believe the focus of these unfortunate incidences is misguided. The issues lie within the parameters of how a pitbull (or any powerful dog breed) owner cares for their pet. More regulations on who is adopting dogs in general should be radically investigated. Like human orphans, adopted parents need to meet a multitude of requirements before taking on the massive responsibility of caring for a child. Likewise with dogs. The major exception being that dogs with remain babies forever... Innocent babies born without violence. Aggresivity isn't bread into this race. The facts are all out there if you take the time to research and learn about them. Eliminating them will not deter future owners who lack the responsibility, time and skill to teach large strong breeds obedience resulting in the same predicament with another misunderstood race. Get your facts straight folks!
