Even worse, this will set a precedent that will surely cost us more in future for additional online *mandatory* courses. I'm not for freebies of any kind, and I believe in the benefits of online instruction. But as many have noted, the price of our permits has skyrocketed over the last couple of years; surely the relatively small cost of an online course can be absorbed from within that payment structure.
